Meteoroids are small space debris that float through the galaxy in large numbers. When planets get hit by meteors, they only lose health. However, in some cases, oxygen level can decrease and temperature will also occasionally be effected.
Meteoroids are pretty easy to destroy, and they are not a big danger. They are more of a small nuisance.
